Arms:- Argent on a cross Gules an oak leaf Or a bordure Sable charged with billets also Argent, overall a chief also Or thereon a pale Azure charged with a saltire Or and between two escutcheons Gules.

Crest:- Issuant from waves of the sea proper a demi-lion Gules crowned with a ducal coronet and about and from its neck a cloak Or holding between his paws a book spine outwards Sable.
