We invite any armigerous member of the Society to submit a copy of their arms for inclusion on the Member's Arms pages of the website. If you wish to have your arms included then you:-

a) must be legally entitled to bear arms
b) be a member of the Heraldry Society
c) forward by e-mail attachment a copy of a good quality coloured painting of your arms to the Website Manager here

IMPORTANT: MEMBERS MUST SUBMIT A SCAN OF THEIR ARMS NO BIGGER THAN 600 BY 800 PIXELS, AND THE FILE NO LARGER THAN 250 KB. WE CANNOT ACCEPT SCANS THAT DO NOT MATCH THESE SPECIFICATIONS. THANK YOU.

You should also provide:-
i) your name
ii) the blazon
iii) the date of the grant, matriculation etc.
iv) the name of the issuing authority, (eg. the College of Arms, the Court of the Lord Lyon, etc."
v) your motto (with translation where appropriate)
vi) if you wish to note the name of the artist of the painting that has been submitted then that may be included.
Please note that the rationale for any of the blazons are not required.
