All members receive free each quarter a copy of The Heraldry Gazette. The Gazette contains heraldic news and comment, and details of meetings organised by the Society and other societies outside London.

Members may also subscribe to the Society's journal, Coat of Arms, which aims to present heraldry in a scholarly and readable way. It is fully illustrated and is noted for its pages of lively correspondence.

A series of lectures and social events is organised each year. Details of the current programme can be found here.

Members have the option of attending International and National Congresses, Symposia and Study Days.

The Society awards certificates in Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced Heraldry. Members have access to our Examinations Board, and examinations are held annually. Read the examination syllabus here.

Members have access to our book, slide and bookplate collections.
