There are 38 bedrooms in Hatfield College for full delegates. There is also the option for a Day Delegate if you would prefer to find your own accommodation. Please note that there are no disabled friendly rooms at the College. Please contact the Congress Committee for advice.
Full delegate – £435 – to include all accommodation, meals, Banquet, visits and lectures.
Day Delegate – £70 per day with an extra £50 if you wish to attend the Banquet, to include lunch
A deposit of £50 to be paid to secure your place/s.
DRAFT PROGRAMME

Thursday 6th
Registration will take place from 3pm.
Dinner followed by an official opening of the Congress and a lecture, before delegates can socialise in the Bar.
Friday 7th
Breakfast.
Visit to the Cathedral and Castle in the morning, packed lunch, followed by lectures in the afternoon, evening meal and then possibly another lecture before the Bar is open.
Saturday 8th
Breakfast
Lectures in the morning, followed by lunch at the Castle.
Free time to explore Durham, museums and other places of interest, or you can put your feet up in the afternoon.
In the evening, there will be the traditional Congress Banquet, where we encourage delegates to dress up and wear their decorations. Don’t forget to bring your table banner.
Sunday 9th
Breakfast, followed by a lecture and an Open Forum.
Lunch, followed by the close of the Congress and the departure of delegates
Pay Deposit
This event is open to non-members.
To pay your deposit of £50 for a place at the Congress. The Congress Committee will then contact you to discuss your requirements further.
