Engraver born in Cheshire. One of the prefatory epistles to the edition was contributed by Sir Thomas Browne, whose grandfather carne from Cheshire. The tricked arms, engraved by King, do not follow exactly the order in Smith's manuscript, but the text (though not the spelling) was unaltered.
