The armigerous, professor of history and history of fashion, is a member of the noble Regina family of the dukes of Pesche and Grottolelle, of the Counts of Macchia Valfortore and Castel San Vincenzo, Neapolitan nobles and of the princes of Sant’Angelo of the Lombardi with predicate of San Vincenzo al Volturno, as also indicated in a work of the Studio Araldico e Nobiliare Guelfi Camaiani of Genoa.
By virtue of this he was also recognized as the holder of the arms by the Italian Patent and Trademark Office – Drawings section and accepted for registration by the Chief Herald of Arms of Malta and by the Cronista de Armas de Castilla y León.
